NOTICE: We recently discovered that calibration information was incorrectly applied to a number of instrumented systems data products (list of affected products below) from Feb 26, 2018 to present. All potentially affected data have been removed from the data portal and will be reprocessed with appropriate calibration information. Reprocessing will likely begin mid-December and continue through mid-January. Data will be published as it is reprocessed. The error resulted from a manual database procedure that updated calibrations after a sensor change. We are automating this procedure to avoid this problem as we transition to a fully operational observatory in the near future.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information, please read the full announcement.
The searchable matrix below shows which data products are available for each operational NEON site. Sites that are not yet fully constructed, or aren't yet producing data, are not shown in the matrix. Clicking on any colored square in the matrix will populate the Data Products page with the chosen data product and site combination for download.
For data products from the terrestrial or aquatic instrument systems, blue squares indicate that at a minimum data have been processed and quality flags are available. However, data values (mean, min, max, etc.) may be empty due to sensors being offline or as a result of quality control. Future iterations of this chart will better differentiate gradations of data availability and quality.
